Hi! I'm a Diamond level coach with Beachbody and I won Top Coach Fall 2009! I love what I do and I would love to help you see the same results I have so far. Don't be afraid to ask me questions or even call me. I'd love the chance to explain the coaching program to you and even send you some more information. Now a little about me...I'm a 30 year old petite woman and never needed to work out to stay in shape. I've always lead a pretty active lifestyle but have noticed my age catching up to me. I'm 112 lbs, 5' tall that likes to workout but needs some motivation to keep me going. I'm not used to working out by myself, so I can get bored easily if it's not fun or interactive. My boyfriend, Brad Gibala is a Diamond Beachbody coach and a Top Coach winner as well and he introduced me to the Beachbody line up of workouts. He did P90X for a while and now does Insanity. I work out to Chalean Extreme and P90X and have lost 10% body fat!
