hi i am a 31 year old man who is recently married and i want to make the most of my life with my wife and step son. at this point i am 6' tall and weigh 295 lbs. i love being a big guy, but i want to be a big guy who is in shape and healthy. my current health is of great concern to me because i can't do alot of heavy activity due to not having cardio endurance or stamina. i am going to start the hi i am a 31 year old man who is recently married and i want to make the most of my life with my wife and step son. at this point i am 6' tall and weigh 295 lbs. i love being a big guy, but i want to be a big guy who is in shape and healthy. my current health is of great concern to me because i can't do alot of heavy activity due to not having cardio endurance or stamina. i am going to start the p90x system on 5-20-09 and i hope to change all this. i am hoping to drop my body fat percentage down to the low double digits (12-13%) from my current percentage of between 25-30%. i am also hoping to build up the endurance and stamina i need to keep up with my step son. my wife and i are both going to embark on this endeavor so we can keep the motivation going. i will update this section as the workouts progress.

UPDATE: 6/11/09: ok so its time for my first recovery week. it has been a great 3 weeks so far and i feel a huge difference. i cant wait to take my 30 day pictures even though i dont think i am going More...
UPDATE: 6/11/09: ok so its time for my first recovery week. it has been a great 3 weeks so far and i feel a huge difference. i cant wait to take my 30 day pictures even though i dont think i am going to see the results alot of others have in 30 days. but to me this is a fitness program and not a weight lose program. i have been bringing it during the workouts, but i havent been taking the diet part to seriously. i know good nutrition is key to get results, but i have never been that bad of an eater. i usually eat pretty clean with the occasional "garbage meal". it just seems like i never want the "garbage" until i say im on a diet, so i just kept the same diet for the most part and have just tried to concentrate on my portions a little better.
ok so off for first day of recovery. i will add pictures later this week...KEEP PUSHING PLAY!!!!
