I am a 43 year old mother of 2 adult daughters and 1 son 13 yo. I have a 5 yo grand daughter and a 6 yo grandson who keeps me pretty busy when they come over. I work full time as a Correction Officer so I need to keep in shape. We had an Emergency Response activated and when I reached the 2nd floor, I was totally out of breath. I am out of shape and need to work on my physical appearance as well

I have given up soda and fried foods. I drink a minimum of 4 liters of water daily. I joined a gym 6 years ago but never use it. I felt uncomfortable . I didn't have a friend to go with me either so I lost interest. I've started my workout at home with turbo jam and yoga. So far, I have stuck to a regular routine for 2 weeks. I exercise 6 days a week and am working on my diet.
