I'm only one month into P90X and I can already feel and see the difference. When I started I could barely run a 1/4 mile without stopping to rest. I am currently able to run about 3/4 of a mile at a time, and doing a total of 3 miles, 3 times per week. My body feels better and my wife says even my attitude has improved. Do your best, forget the rest!!!
