I have been working out with my sister and we have both seen fast results. We jog 3nights a week using beachbody videos to stretch before hand and we also do different work out videos every afternoon. I have also changed my eating habits to eat about every 2hrs to maintain a fast metabolism making sure my last meal is before 8. Thin kitchen has benefited so that instead of eating greasy fries I can still get a great taste without all the calories.
