I live in Kitchener, Ontario. I've been living in Canada for last 10 years, I'm originally from Colombia. I have a degree from Colombia as Industrial Engineering, but in Canada wasn't validated. So I studied Network and Internet Support Specialist(computers was my hobby so I made a career change). I work at University of Waterloo as IT Support Specialist in the Mechanical Engineering Department.

Transformation Story

I started with P90 and get amazing results I dropped around 20 pounds then I moved up to P90 half hour and then Power 90 Masters; I lost 35 pounds. On Dec. 23/06 went for holidays and gain 5 pounds. More...
I started with P90 and get amazing results I dropped around 20 pounds then I moved up to P90 half hour and then Power 90 Masters; I lost 35 pounds. On Dec. 23/06 went for holidays and gain 5 pounds. I'm starting P90X and I hope to go down to 135 or even 130.

2/08/07 I did my phase I of the P90X, I'm really please with the results I lost aprox 4 pounds and I can see the progress on my strength and specially flexibility. my abs are starting to get some shape. My arms and legs are more defined. My energy level is going up and up. I'm looking forward to the next workout.
I'm in my phase II and I find CBT workout very challenging, but I'm up for it. I know I will conquer this workout as I have done so far with Yoga. I just have to keep on pushing it every day, and DO THE BEST AND FORGET THE REST

Started phase III last Monday 03-04-07 and its good... we have some competition going with my fellow agents which make it even more interesting... I lost another 3 pounds total of 9 pounds... but the most amazing part it is to see my body its looking good now, I even have more definition, my back is looking amazing and my abs I am almost flat.. I have to lost another 8 pounds for my goal... and now I know is doable.... my diet, I am eating smarter... more fruits and veggies.. not junk food... we once in a while I would have a piece of pizza (1 slice only though)
I cannot wait for my 90 days.... I am almost there....
