After returning to work after my 3 month maternity leave, I noticed one of my co-workers had become "ripped" in the time I was gone. He was a father of 6, and I was amazed by his results.

Because I was inspired by my co-worker's results, I decided to take the challenge. Each day I felt my body change and transform. By Day 30 I felt and looked great!

I kept pushing play and by the end of 90 Days I had a BEACHBODY! Having a six pack less than 6 months after giving birth was a great self esteem boost!
