Last year I was 200 lbs. and I had to do something. All my life I had been skinny and under weight. At the age of 30 I weighed only 135 pounds and I smoked 3 packs of cigarettes per day and I was able to stop smoking. I thought that would be a good thing until six months later when I had gained over 50 pounds and my joints were hurting all of the time because I wasn't use to carrying that kind of weight around. Over the years since then I pretty much ate what ever I wanted until last year when I decided to do something about it. Two of my brothers had heart attacks when they were 40 years old and I was 43 and didn't want to join them in that club. Diet got me down some but my wife and I started P90 in December and it was awesome, and we both could see good results in strength and overall we felt a lot better but we did not follow the diet plan and you could tell it. After we finished that we took a month off and then started P90X and man was it tough, but I got down to 170lbs. and cut 4% body fat. We started a new phase on 8-24-09 and I want to drop my body Fat down to 12% or less. As of 9-22-09 I have dropped 5% body in the last 30 days. I have been following the diet really well and I workout every day. I have been taking Taekwondo for the past three years and I tested for my Black Belt in June 2009. I have noticed a remarkable difference in my jumps and flexibility since I started P90X and I would not have been ready to take that test if it were not for this program. Hey I wanted to put in a Great update to my transformation. On Oct. 1 2009 I was awarded the rank of 1st Dan Black Belt in Teakwondo. I want to thank my wife and kids for their patients and support and a big Thanks to Tony and P90X. I couldn't have done it without this program. Most importantly I wand to give all the Glory to Jesus Christ who gives me the ability to do all things.
