I am just begining a exercise routine. I am a horrible dieter as I have a crazy sweet tooth. I am one of those people who feels there is nothing better (foodwise) than biting into that half baked cookie! I am starting with exercise and trying my hardest to eat better. I recently exercised regularly and lost 17 pounds. I did the famous "I'm taking time off for the holidays" and gained back a pound over 2 months. I'm ready to get on the ball again and start back up. My current short term goal is to lose at least 10 pounds in the next 6-8 weeks. I'm then likely to begin trying to plan for baby #2, so we'll see where that gets me. I'm hoping to get into a good routine of eating healthy and exercising so I can keep it up if/when I get pregnant. I think it was a big help to have that through my last pregnancy (and that was 4 years ago...ughh).
