I recently sold my interest in a nutritional foods company that I helped to create, and I am currently working on my own again to help educate people about proper eating and exercise habits.
My training experience has revolved mainly around women, whether they need to lose baby fat, trim their thighs, tone their abs, or just get back into shape, my experience working with women has dominated my business.
I believe in the connection between mind, body and spirit, and try to incorporate life management skills into my training whenever I can.
I like to use many different types of exercises to help clients achieve success by introducing them to yoga, pilates, plyometrics, the stability ball, and other methods of exercise. It is always my goal as a trainer to get the client to a point where they don't need me anymore, but have learned the skills necessary to manage their own health and lifestyle.
