I've been married for almost a year and from the time I met my husband, which was about 2 years ago, I have gained 40 pounds. My family has a history of diabetes and heart disease and I don't want to continue the trend. I have breathing problems associated with asthma and would like to reduce the usage of my inhaler. Last year I decided to go back to school and completed my first year of university. It's hard enough trying to keep up intellectually with my peers; I would also like to keep up physically. I am determined to lose this weight and keep it off. Exercise and diet here I come.
