I have recently separated from the military weighting 161
lbs and i have always wanted to weight at least 180 with
muscles (no fat), or look very ripped at 170. Lets see what

I joined the US Navy weighting 133 lbs!!! i always wanted to
gain some weight but without supplements and no fat...after
5 years of service i got out weighting 161...its been 7  More...
