Hi, Matthew Amos here. The Screen name comes from the nickname I had that my highschool friends on the basketball team gave me. "FAMOUS" and eight is my favorite number. I really wanted to be a pro ball player when I was growing up but unfortunately even after working on my skills everyday living up to my nickname in the pro ball arena would always be a dream, nothing more. Oh well, I fell in love
Oh well, I fell in love with volleyball anyways and played in a lot of beach tournaments and even went to Ball State University and made the Men's Intercolliegiate Volleyball team. Money ran out for out of state tuition rather quickly, so back to Florida I went. I still played in many beach tournaments all over Florida. Nowadays, I'm settling in with running 5k's, swimming, biking and playing golf. Now at age 37 I try to enjoy life to the fullest. My main fitness goal is to be one of the fittest men in my age group and to live to be over 100years old. I went to the gym for the last 2yrs. and felt like no matter what I did I did not see any improvements in my pysique or my performance. What a shock to the system P90X is. Gains in every dimension. Flexibilty, Stamina, Strength and Major Core improvements. I thought my legs would always be puinee, until P90X legs+back/plyometrics/yoga touched my life. This program has been life changing. I owe it all to my wife Lisa, her friend Janice for getting us involved, Tony Horton and everyone at beachbody that put together these intense, powerful life changing work out sessions. Thank you.
