Transformation Story

I started my workout regime towards the end of 2006, about a year after my daughter was born. I had seen enough rolls on my midsection to realize I had to do something. I first began lightly jogging More...
I started my workout regime towards the end of 2006, about a year after my daughter was born. I had seen enough rolls on my midsection to realize I had to do something. I first began lightly jogging and walking a mile around my neighborhood block the first couple of days, then gradually moved up to a light jog in four days. Then I went from one mile to a mile in a half and then two. After my jog, I would use 5 lbs. dumbells and work on my arms. I began to notice a change in my body almost instantly, (about a couple of weeks) due to the cardio. So, feeling excited, I kept right on working out about 4 times a week. After a couple of years doing the same excercises, my body plateued and I didn't see anymore changes to my physique.
Then, I got on the Turbo Jam and P90X programs. Tony Horton and Chalene Johnson make working out fun and invigorating!

It has been 85 days from the start of my workout regimes, and I am seeing real results! My hamstrings are getting buff! I can feel and see my hamstring muscles protrude when I flex! My arms are getting stronger and more toned, and my waistline is shrinking. But what is real exciting for me is that my buttocks are more round and shapely! I can feel my pants "filling out" more when I wear pants!
I know that taking my P90X supplements, whey protein powder and the P90X recovery drinks are helping my body get to its optimal condition. I can't wait until my 90 and 120 day results! My ultimate goal is to still lose the little side love handles and gain a toned 6-pack in my abs. I am confident I will reach my goals, with the help of my Beachbody workout programs and supplements. I'm going to work my hardest and push play everyday. I can't wait to post my 90-day!
