At 49, I've taken a major detour from a healthy lifestyle, letting work and personal issues take priority over fitness and eating right. After over a year of late nights at the office (often till midnight), and turning to junk food for comfort, I hope this time to stay committed and get fit again before my 50th birthday at the end of January.
