Hello my name is Stephanie and welcome to my website. I am a 36 year old newly single mother of 3 (ages 16,15 and 7). I have been a memeber of the BeachBody family for just under 2 years, but did not become active with the program until Feb 2009. I started the program because I was tired of the way I looked, I started the business because I wanted to give my kids the world. Now, I do both because it makes me feel great,gives my kids what they want and allows me to help others transform their lives as well. Let me help do that for you!

Transformation Story

I am 65 days into my transformation story and I feel AMAZING! I haven't felt this great since I was in High School. I have energy all the time, I am eating healthy and am proud of the example I am setting for my family. Beachbody has made such a positive imprint on my life. I can't wait to see where it has taken me in another 2 months.
