Slim in 6 really did transform my body. It's more toned than I ever thought possible for a 50+ mom! As great as it is, though, the 60+ minutes format doesn't fit into my life right now. At first I was going to give up on Beachbody completely, but I decided to try Power 90. My CDs have arrived and I'm psyched!
