I am a student at FMU online and a stay at home mother of four. Girls(8 & 3) and boys(19mon& 7). I use to attend Louisiana Tech University where I participated with the LA Tech powerlifting team. 7/7/09 !!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!

Of course this isn't my first round with a lifestyle change. I started this journey back in 2005 and I was successful. Shortly after reaching my goal, I became pregnant. Now my son is almost 3 and I once again am traveling down the same road. My goal this time is to lose weight, gain my muscle back, live healthier for my family, and I want to gain my confidence back. I will fall, but I will get back up and continue to try until I have reached my goal. I have added Sweating in the Spirit dvd's, cycling, and tae-bo to my fitness regiment as well. I will do this and make it final!!

MY BODY IS THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND I WILL TREAT IT WITH THE LOVE AND RESPECT IT DESERVES ALWAYS...100%!!!!

I am just getting started again as of April 4, 2008, but I plan to use Slim in 6, Denise Austin, walking/jogging, Leslie Sansone's Walk Away Your Waistline, Lesilie Sansone's Walk & Jog and weightlifting to help me achieve my weight loss goals.
