Who knew that getting "in shape" could be so painful!??!

I've had challenges in 2008 sticking with my goal - who doesn't right? Right! So here I am,
starting off 2009 with battle wounds from a fun 2008! It's all good though, still pressing play - I love MDB! I feel great! I've lost 14 lbs so far and have tons of energy. I'm here, on MDB as a coach - for me, for my kids, for my friends and anyone else out there like me who wants more out of themselves.

It's August now and my husband and I have started a round of P90X with a few of our friends. I'm in week 3 and already I feel stronger and have more energy. I'm waiting until day 30 to update my measurements so check back to see my progress!
