Start date is 10/05/2009. I've been out of the gym for about 4 weeks now due to a work schedule change from an 8 hour shift to a 12 hour shift. But, believe me, I can and will carve out a 90 minute block of exercise time every day throughout the P90X program. Yes, I do expect to be "gassed" in the beginning, but I enjoy pushing through even at the young age of 55. Here are my starting stats: 5'9"-- 199lbs.--29.1% body fat. I AM ready to "BRING IT!!" ~Steve~
