Let me start back in high school when I was in shape. I played a bunch of sports and was always thin. Then I went to college and stopped working out, eating whatever and drinking a few too many beverages. I finished that and join the Marine Corps, so now I am back in excellent shape. As time went on, there was a little less working out and a little weight more going on. By the time I left the military, I was back up on my weight. It didn't help that my wife was pregnant. I blame it on her for my weight gain, since she was eating so much. I joined a police department and got back into working out and running, getting myself back into pretty good shape and dropping the weight. Then I lost that drive to work out after the academy and put the weight back on. Now it wasn't a huge weight gain, just that nagging belly. I let that go on for years now and finally decided to do something about it and hopefully keep it off. My wife has been doing turbo jam for over a year and had excellent results. Through her results(and her nagging) I am going to start a workout program and hopefully motivate others to do the same. I have seen alot of success stories from alot of the different programs available.
I met Tony Horton recently and that sealed the deal in getting back into the shape I need to be. He is an inspiration to me and others to get fit. He makes you want to push play and get the results to want again.
I hope as a coach I can relate to peoples life experiences to understand where they are coming from. Also to understand where they want to go with their physical fitness and steer them in the right direction with a program with will work best for them. Good luck and "BRING IT."
