Sports and Fitness have been a part of my life since before I can remember. For me its simply a part of my life. I married 5 years ago and have two amazing children ages 4 and 3. I've managed to remain relatively fit since my children but am looking to get back into a fitness routine that motivates me and gives me that short and long term goal setting and achieving cycle I've fallen out of.

I've been working out with weights and cardio on an average of 3 to 4 days a week. I purchased the p90x workout and am planning to start tomorrow 6/13.

My fitness goals are to shed what seems to be a stubborn layer of fat on my entire body. I see abs, but they are barely there...in general just looking to increase my fitness level.
