Transformation Story

My best I can do for now is that I am going to modify my eating habits by
using the MDB meal replacement shakes, power bars and slimming formulas.

Diet alone isn't enough for me so I do light cardio and work my legs as permitted by my Doctor.
One of my Goals is to lose Body Fat and build lean muscle. My surgery was 12/11/07 My MD has given me the green light for light cardio. I am doing P90 modified. Never Give Up Never Surrender. I plan on making the best of it and to achieve great things in time, just you watch. God give me strength to endure my challenges. I am one year out from surgery and not where I thought I would be with my pain. I have a great deal of pain and challenges with this injury. Doing the Best I can that is all I can do. I have been diagnosed with Thorasic Outlet Syndrome due to my injury this has been getting in my way my arms fall asleep and I am not sleeping much. Doing therapy for Vertigo and stretches for TOS. Sad to say I have slipped back from my goals. Pray for me. Never give up never surrender!!
