I am a pharmacy student living in Nebraska and have been chubby pretty much all my life. I came from a family with a central focus around food. Food to celebrate, food from stress, fast food when too busy, food when procrastinating, you name it! So I developed some comfort food addictions mainly for baked goods and fatty meats and cheese. My focus is now on eating lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats, and lean dairy. I will also train my brain to stop using food for anything other than fuel!

I've started with Beachbody in December of 2003 with Slim in 6. I lost 18lbs with it but slowly gained it back by the end of 2004. Since then I started a pattern of yo-yo dieting. I also tried Turbo More...
I've started with Beachbody in December of 2003 with Slim in 6. I lost 18lbs with it but slowly gained it back by the end of 2004. Since then I started a pattern of yo-yo dieting. I also tried Turbo Jam, saw some great results with it, but didn't work on my diet, therefore I didn't lose much weight. My weightloss is also much slower than it used to be when I lost weight in the past. I suspected it was because I've lost muscle that I used to have. I started weightlifting on my own, but then heard about ChaLEAN and got it as a Christmas present! This year I am ready to change my metabolism and my brain with ChaLEAN Extreme!
