I have see-sawed between 175-185 for the past 4 years after having my 3 beautiful kids. I know I can be down to my goal of 160, because that was the best shape I’ve been, and people told me. I remember how I felt great, active, and healthy. I am doing this for several reasons: first is for my family. I want to be healthy and active for them, and a good role-model. Secondly, there is history of diabetics (both and II) in my family, and with over 36 inches waistline, I know I’m a greater risk. I want to beat that and not get diabetics. And I want to show others that it’s possible. I’m a busy stay-at-home mom with 3 kids and wish to be a coach. Some of you have heard of my wish to compete in a mini-triathlon also. I saw my best friend compete in one about 3 years ago, and I loved it!! But I don’t have the finances and much time to do so, until now. This program will allow me to work on my own time and it offers accountability for me so I can actually track my workouts, diet, calories, etc. And get a chance to win and earn some money too!
