Well 7 years ago I finally got my butt into shape after my son called me Mr, Koolaid Man! it took me about a year and I lost 60lbs; and then I got more into shape and was very active but then in June 2007 I was diagnosed with systec sarcosis witch is the medical term worms in my head and it almost killed me and was already makeing me very ill for a good year; but thank goodness to modern medicine

Well 7 years ago I finally got my butt into shape after my son called me Mr, Koolaid Man! it took me about a year and I lost 60lbs; and then I got more into shape and was very active but then in June 2007 I was diagnosed with systec sarcosis witch is the medical term worms in my head and it almost killed me and was already makeing me very ill for a good year; but thank goodness to modern medicine and surgery they were able to crack my head open and clean me out. Now I has been 2 years and my body and mind is ready to get back in shape because I have clearly gained allot of flabby weight and lost all my muscle tone. Now after all my research I amd hoping P90X will be the excercise program to whip me back into shape.
