I am what I thought was an average guy. I had a major car accident a few years ago, which made me have to have my neck fused in an operation. That stopped my mobility a lot!1 I used to do kick boxing, swimming, rowing, biking, jogging, I then got diagnosed with stratomechosis, a cancerous version of arthritis. I am now starting to work out only because I am tired of my belly being the first thing you see, when I used to be so athletic and in much better shape. I started today 9/11/2009 just did Hip Hop abs, and YBB as I was recommended because they are low intensity and help with mobility as I can not do the strenuous exercises like kick boxing, rock climbing YET. I work for myself as a Investigator and Process Server so I am always on the go, and that usually means so are the meals I am starting the low carb menus, some of them aren't bad. Its the sweet tooth I have an issue with.
However I am going to get back into shape, so if you have any positive motivations, and know of a good exercise. I am all ears, I try to be positive and push my friends and family so they can better themselves. We only have this one body, and one life.. so better buckle up and take care of it.
