If I am your coach please email me at "frozenfire39@comcast.net or message me on here!!! and also feel free to add me to messenger "christina_mar6@yahoo.com or frozenfire40@live.com.. i look forward to talking with you and getting started on your transformation to better health and fitness!!!... ....march '09 i have decided to rewrite my personal bio because i just have to admit that i wasnt really all the serious the day i started!..ok as a kid i was always WAY to skinny and it always upset me and that lasted into my early 20s! then i went on anti-depressant for many reasons (as i read thru other stories on here i see that lots of people have experianced the same thing) and then i started to gain weight and at first i was happy about that untill i realized that i really didnt look or feel very good and even got more depressed and actually felt exhusted just by rolling over in bed! so i joined a gym and really just went thru the motions and really had NO idea what i was doing but being that i was in my 20s the weight came off easy and i ate what ever i wanted and that lasted for a few years and then i found myself over weight again in my mid 30s and this time i used a presciption drug that was NOT perscribed to me and went to the gym and this time i also just went thru the motions and had NO idea really what i was doing but i did change my diet some and the weight came off again, i was thin but flabby but i was ok with that cause i could just hide the flab in tight jeans and long sleeve shirts and that lasted maybe about two years and then i found myself over weight again so i went back to the gym again not even really knowing what i was doing and also i thought i was eating better but the weight didnt budge so i went to see a cosmetic surgery about getting a tummy tuck and so i felt that if my tummy was fixed i would be SO SO happy and i started saving up money for a tummy tuck but in the mean time i was still trying to get in shape and lose weight and a few years went by and i almost have enough money saved up for the tummy tuck but then i started wondering if when i get my tummy tuck is it just gonna make the rest of me look worse?...so i starting looking at the rest of me, my upper legs are so flabby and the skin is starting to sag and my upper arms are so flabby and are starting to get dimples and when i hold my arms straing out i am frighted by how far my triceps hang down! so anyway to make this already LONG story a little shorter i was watching tv one sunday and saw TURBO JAM! and i ordered it right away but was thinking that this is prob just another one of my worthless attemps to get in shape! BUT to my surprize i am about a month and a half into the program and i have already seen HUGE results! and im learning how to eat properly AND i even canceled that gym membership i have had for YEARS!!! AND im even thinking that i might not need a tummy tuck after all and that i can use that money i have saved up on NEW CLOTHES!!! and the rest of my body is toning up also! YEAH! update! i finished 90 days of turbo jam and now im "bringing it" with P90X! July 10,2009 just wanted to add that for years i have suffered from bad neck and shoulder stiffness and pain which offten led to really bad headaches that would sometimes last for days and alot of times pain medication didnt help even prescript meds didnt help!...i went to the doctor many times but was always told that it is just something that i have to live with and i never really talked about it to anyone and just tried to learn to deal with it and i was in pain pretty much every day from the time i woke up to the time i went to bed taking pain meds all day and then tylenol pm every night and it was interfering with my workouts as well so about a month ago i decided that i have got to figure out a way to over come this on my own so i decided to first of all remain positive and to really clean up my diet!...also i started thinking that since my neck and shoulders are always stiff and sore that i must be always tensing up for some reason???seem to make sense to me!so i started working on making sure that i was keeping my shoulders and neck more flexable while i was working out and also when i wasnt working out i was watching my posture when i walk and when i sit down making sure that i didnt slouch in the chair or hold my head too much forward!..so anyway as a result of all of this the past few days i have really felt GREAT and yesterday was the first day in YEARS that i can honestly say i was just about pain free for the entire day and not much pain meds and NO pm meds at night so i really believe that with the combination of "postive thinking,exercise,proper diet,flexability and keeping improve the quality of my life 100% ONE DAY AT A TIME! i finished 90 days of turbo jam and i am just so amaized at how much my body has changed and i fit into all my clothes so much better and in fact i had to get rid of some of my jeans because the were so huge on me and just a few months ago i had to wiggle just to get into them!..i am 4 weeks into the P90X program and i am already seeing more muscle definition in my arms and legs and i have actually NEVER had any muscle definition in my entire life! and i feel great and i have more confidence and i am smiling more and i have less headaches and i am so happy that i had joined beachbody that i decided to become a coach and hope to encourage others to take the same journey i did!
