When I started working a normal job I tried to lose weight and get back in the shape I was when I was a decade younger but it just didn’t work. I weighed 270 lbs and was trying to mountain bike, run, lift and swim my way back into shape without altering my diet. I even started competing in triathlons and ran a marathon but none of it worked, I never lost weight and I found myself often injured.
I lived an unhealthy cycle of working out like a madman for several weeks just to get injured or sick.
I lived that way 8 years. After I finished my first marathon, the race was such a bad experience that I decided that I wasn’t going to compete or train for an event until I gained real control of my health.
Two months later my oldest son was born. When we came home from the hospital, I held him all night long and realized that I had to change.

I started working out sensibly, sleeping more and changing my eating habits. I got turned on to Million Dollar Body by a friend (harleyguy1) and have been committed to P90X. I have lost forty pounds since my worst weight and feel great. I even achieved a personal best at a sprint triathlon earlier this year.
My second son was born last February and it’s been two years since I made the commitment to change my life. I know that my boys will be watching me, emulating me as they grow. My desire is to be the best man I can be, for myself, my wife and for them.
I have a long way to go, but million dollar body, P90X and the supplements have made a huge impact in my life. My goals are lofty: Finish an Ironman length triathlon; finish the Leadville 100; and compete in other endurance events. Those goals used to be like a lead weight tied to my neck, but since I have been working the Million Dollar Body system, including the Million Dollar Body Club and WOWY, those goals are within reach.
Your goals are also within reach. Just keep pushing play.
