I'm a 43 yo mom of a 15 yo daughter. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and motivates me to work out harder to achieve my goals. I work full time, go to school full time and play taxi driver 5 days a week for my daughter's gymnastics schedule. As you can see, time management can be quite a challenge for me.
