My name is Craig. I live in Los Angeles, CA, am 5' 8'' tall and weighed 206 lbs when I started on Aug 23, 2007. I am working out each morning before breakfast. When I was in the US Marines, my weight was 152lbs. My goals is to get back to that "fighting weight" and state of fitness (25 years ago). I have completed 30 days and have lost 19 lbs; this was my 30 day goal! My 60 day and 90 goals My name is Craig. Changes I have made: 1. Replaced my morning croissant and "red-eye"(coffee with a shot of expresso) with Tony & Power 90X- I now burn calories instead of adding "hollow" calories. 2. Diet Changes- I watch what I eat and try to stay on the recommended diet plan. This is a struggle at times. I wrote my coach and she recommended a protein shake in the evenings. This really helps! 3. More water. I try to drink at least 1 gallon of water each day; 16 oz with each meal and one at night. 4. Regular Workout Routine- I found that having a regular workout time- every morning- is best. I do get tired and sore at times, but have treated myself to a couple massages. Also, I found taking a shower before I workout helps. 4. Addtional Changes- With my body change goals, I am setting other changes in my life. This has been great! I am completing an additional certification for business and am looking forward to my vacation in Cancun over Thanksgiving; my reward for the 90 days of changes.
