I am 62 years old. I am married, my wife and I have 8 children 14 grand
children and 1 great grandchild. I was diagnoised with type 2 diabetes on 14
Auguat 2007. I immediately started a diet and exercise program. I went
from 227 pounds to 170 pounds and from a tight 40 waist to a size 32 waist.
I want to get into better shape. I Started the 10 minute trianer program on
9/05/08. I hope to

Transformation Story

On August 14th 2007 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I weighed 227 lbs
(5 ft 9in tall) wore a thight 40 waist. Had vey little energy. Right away I

On August 14th 2007 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I weighed 227 lbs
(5 ft 9in tall) wore a thight 40 waist. Had vey little energy. Right away I
attacked my problem with diet and exercise. I went form 227 lbs and a size
32 pant size by April 4th 2008. I decided that I wanted to do more so I
ordered 10 minute trainer. It arrived on 9/05/08. I found out right away that
I had very poor core strength and my over all endurance was poor. I walk
during the week one mile every evening and on the the weekends I walk 1/4
mile and jog 1/4 mile for a total of 2 miles. I have been doing a stomach
exercise 5 days a week from 4:15am to 4:30am. I rest the abdomen for the
weekend. I have found that with 10 minute trainer , I have very poor core
strength and poor endurance. I will improve in these areas. Hopefully in 90
days I will have sorta a 6 pack and much more endurance and more total
body strength.
