I just discovered about a year and half ago that I had a underactive thyroid. I love to dance, play with the kids, go on nature hikes, garden and hang out with my family & friends. In October, I ended up getting a fluke illness that make my joints hurt . . as a Mom of 6 active kids I was worried how I was going to be the Mom I wanted to be and take care of myself . . November was diagnosed and told in a few months it would get better and go away . . so I decided to change my life . . I gave up sodas & sweet tea . . drink water now and started eating around 1200-1500 calories a day . . keeping a food log . . and working out. I found Turbo Jam on TV and bought it. I love it and the workout just makes me feel great plus sweat alot! Afterwards I am refreshed and ready to go. I was wearing a 24 / 3X . . currently I am a size 12/14 pants (depends on the brand) / 12/14 but also wear a Medium shirt/top . . No more Plus size shopping for me and lovin' it!
