I just finished Slim in 6 and had good results with the program. I really liked Debbie's style of teaching. I'm now moving on to Power 90 to lose about 15 more pounds, tone, and firm up my body. I really enjoyed the Slim in 6 progam and look forward to my new journey with P90.
UPDATE 7/27/05: I finished a 2nd round of SN6 and lost 10 lbs and 6.5 inches gone! I'm very pleased with the results I got from my 2nd round.
I'm starting Slim Series Slim Training on 7/28/05 for a 3 week round and I hope to lose about 5-10 lbs and many inches.
11/16/05~I've been doing Turbo Jam for now and love it. I am getting great results with this program and it's so much fun.
Update: 1/3/07-Back to basics with Turbo Jam.
