I was shocked at the number of pull ups I could do when I got my bar...maybe 2...arghhh. Now I am up to 8-10 and unfortunately I have not been able to be as consistent as I would like to be due to business travel. Things are going well and the P90X is so intense that many times I am dizzy when I am done. It is awesome. I am in much better shape and very excited about the results to this point. My 90 days will have to go longer but no doubt this is a first class workout.
