Hopefully your partner did not need to change the weight. Those were the good old or should I say young days. Ignorant, energy, and no problem with aches, pains or being winded. Over the years exercise was on and off. I became a vegetarian at 19 and worked on a farm so I was always in pretty good shape. Then came office life and with it the fat around the waist, lower back pain and lack of endurance. I am now going on 35 and want to be "in shape" opposed to "out of shape". Hmmm...I wonder what the shape is? Anyway I have been on and off and at my peak fitness about 5 years ago I was doing REAL GOOD. Then came family life...anyways one day I was watching the BOOB TUBE when I saw a show on P90X. It was not Richard Simmons or Jane Fonda so that was a plus for me. I liked the look of the P90X so I bought it... to be continued.
