Transformation Story

I have been somewhat fit for most of my life. I participated in a lot of sports
growing
up. The last couple of years I have done indoor soccer and the regular golf

I have been somewhat fit for most of my life. I participated in a lot of sports
growing
up. The last couple of years I have done indoor soccer and the regular golf
game of
getting on a golf cart or the rare walking.

Realistically, I have not done any major physical activity in the last 20 yrs
aside from
what I mentioned above. My eating habits when I started the program were
terrible and
they showed on my physique. Lack of exercise and gaining unnecessary
weight
contributed to having lower back pain.

In late August of 2007, I decided to start jogging trying to get ready for
indoor soccer
season. That thought ended a couple of weeks into running because my
knees started
to hurt to the point that I could not walk or walk up a flight of stairs without
being in
pain. Not being able to jog and having watched Tony Horton's infomercial
about P90X a
dozen times during the summer, I decided it was time.

The point of no return and realizing that I had to do something about came
when the
rest of my family was getting in shape and I was the one lagging behind. My
inability to
run and watching the P90X infomercials was the fire I needed to get started.
Watching
the transformation stories from the average person to something that they
could be
proud and show the world their body change. Watching my wife achieve success
from her
workouts,and watching my youngest 14 yr old son play football and wrestle,
gaining
muscle size, and having a lean and ripped body with a 6% body fat. Now, that
is where I
want to be in body fat percent when my 90 days are up.


After 210+ days of pushing play, I can truly say I feel great and I am in the
best shape
of my life and most important, I am not in pain! Taking on the challenge of
P90x has
made a huge impact on my life. This program will change your lifestyle for
the better.
Changes from the eating habits to the exercise regimen. P90X takes
commitment,
dedication, and wanting to have that something you don't yet have.

After 210+ days of pushing play and following all the program guidelines I
have been
able to achieve my goals of loosing the pounds, changing my body physique,
and
gaining the muscle mass.

Again, I am in the best shape of my life of my life without pain and I owe it
all to all to
Team BeachBody, Tony Horton & P90X.

I can't wait to start round three and do it all over again!
