I LOVE TURBOJAM and I also run and do strength training. I have lost 50lbs to date and have actually reached my intial goal of 155lbs, but I have been so motivate by Chalene and her crew that have have decided to keep a going. I have now started The Chalean Extreme Challenge and am so excited about the results I know I am going to get with this. I am 30 days into it and can already see the fat shedding and the muscle definition taking place. It is so exciting and motivating. My goal now is to achieve complete and total leaness over my entire body, so I am on a mission to shed fat!!!! Thank you Chalean Extreme for taking me to the next level!!!
