OR - - - Hey, wait a minute?! I could stand up, seize the day, make a choice, not settle, grab the bull by the horns and plan to careen wildly over the edge!

And it did. Oh yes, my friends, P90 did! SO now I savor the additional energy, the stamina, the verve I feel. Even more so, with every day that I invest into this! It pays back dividends I never could have imagined! I am a role model for my son, and a motivator even for myself. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS - because somehow, 90 short days slipped by, and I HAD ! I really did it!
And you know what... I'm gonna do it again! And Up the level of intensity this time: P90X - the Adventure Begins - 7/7/09

I am planning to launch right round into a full Round 2 of P90. I have some more to go - to get to my goals / desired state on BodyFat % - and to carve some more away to show some more abs (heck, for all the work I'm doing, I want gleaming grill work out there on the front of my chassis!).
SO, as I have shared before... If I hadn't been there If I hadn't seen it and struggle through it and savored it and laugh and smiled and kicked it... If I hadn't done the work and the persistence my very self, If I had not been the one who had to push through and "BRING IT !" every chance I took - I **NEVER** would have expected I could do this, or that this could empower me with tools & methods to accomplish these results.
This whole group assembled around me - nationwide but right at hand for me - all helped SO VERY MUCH - Thank you, thank you, thank you for being - GOOD2GRO too !
