i'm of a young 23 yrs. i am a nurse on the orthopedic unit at the local hospital. it is very discouraging to walk into work every day and see people who have not taken care of themselves and are now in the hospital to have hardware put inplace of bones. i see them every time i work and think...i dont want to be like that when i'm in my 50's. how can i fix that? my friend got me HOOKED on turbo
i'm of a young 23 yrs. i am a nurse on the orthopedic unit at the local hospital. it is very discouraging to walk into work every day and see people who have not taken care of themselves and are now in the hospital to have hardware put inplace of bones. i see them every time i work and think...i dont want to be like that when i'm in my 50's. how can i fix that? my friend got me HOOKED on turbo jam. man do i LOVE working out with chalene! i did find one problem with the TJ work-outs...no set deadline. so i thought i would try the slim in six series. i hope to regain my flexibility and maybe for the first time in my life some muscle. my goal for the summer is to fit in the swim suit that my mother told me i should not be wearing any more b/c it did worse to my appearce. with the help of SI6 and TJ i have no doubt i will reach my goal!
i see this journey not as something for myself to look good for the summer but for the rest of my life. i'm wanting to create the habit of working out and maintain the want to work out forever!
