Federal Way, WA My name is Ron “HardCore” Lashley. Not only am I proud to be a Beach Body Coach, I’m also a personal trainer and own my own business providing in home, remote and boot camp training to my clients. I’m a former Marine who proudly served my country and honorably completed my term/tour of duty. I have well over a decade of training individual in obtaining fitness goals and training is my passion.

No excuse for not getting fit. I work a day job, like most, that has me at a desk from 7:30am to 4:30pm but anyone that knows me will tell you by no means am I sedentary at my desk. I sit, kneel and at times lay on a stability ball at my desk *smile* to keep my core tweaked and my body in motion.
Working a full time and owning my own business as a trainer I found time management to be a key element to my own personal fitness and have just begun taking the time to better train myself. That is were beach body has come into play for me.
Where beach body has come into play for my clients is providing them a cost effective way to manage there dietary eating habits and providing a community of support and accountability. Not to mention the great DVD collection we house here to keep my clients motivated when I’m not training them. I feel comfortable and confident with the programs here at Beach Body and endorse them.
