So far so good.. Finished a round of Tony's Power 90 program and I'm down 31 pounds and about 5.5% body fat! Lovin the routine and don't miss the fat!! Feeling great.. More energy to play More...
So far so good.. Finished a round of Tony's Power 90 program and I'm down 31 pounds and about 5.5% body fat! Lovin the routine and don't miss the fat!! Feeling great.. More energy to play with my kids, more energy for walking the dog, even starting to play basketball again (it's only been about 15 years!) Adding in some 10 Minute Trainer to keep things lively...
