I'm very surprised that I have been able to do all of the exercises thus far. My Fibromyalgia has been great but my parkinson's has gotten in the way somewhat with balancing issues. I've made an appt with my neurologist to check things out...but still encourages me to continue. You see 14 months ago I was bedridden 23+ hrs a day. It was even a struggle to get to the bathroom!!! Now, here I am doing the slim series, the Rockin body series I also have an AbRail that I use twice a day + Yoga up to 60 minutes a day with Anodea Judith's Chakra Balancing. Also, once a day I use my Inversion table which keeps my lower back slipped discs in place. I also need to be VERY careful with the 3 cervical discs that are degenerating & out of kilter. I am a cancer survivor of stage 4 cervical cancer spread mainly to the lymph system. In 1992 I was given 1 year to live....surprise doc's I'm still here (LOL)
I am delighted to tell you that I am in better shape now than I was 30 yrs ago.

Slim in 6: This was the 1st series that I used. Great all around workout, and it starts you off nice & easy

Slim series: Great follo0w-up to previous.

Turbo Jam: Definately becoming my favorite (ok, one of my favorites) SO much fun! A great combo of dance, boxing & martial arts. I think that I've had my best results with this series so far

Rock in' Body: I love this series! This was my favorite before Turbo Jam, GREAT fun, easy to follow dance moves, but still a great workout!!!!!!!!!

Hip Hop ABS: This is a wonderful follow-up to Rock in' Body.Not only does it have some great full lenght workout routines, but also has 2 great 5 min workouts.

P90X; INTENSE!!!!!!!!
