I am a 64(65in June) year old mother of four sons and one daughter, grandmother of 19. My husband Jim and I have been married 44 years. I have always been a stay at home mother except for a few part-time jobs after the kids all went to school. I am a full time home-body now and love it. I keep busy with grandkids, gardening, canning, baking, cooking and sewing cloths for the grandkids and I am a 64(65in June) year old mother of four sons and one daughter, grandmother of 19. Jim and I love to take road trips to see this great country of ours. We have made several trips to CA to visit two sons and their families. Our goal is to visit as many National Parks as we can.

After having bilateral knee orthoscopy twice and rotator cuff repair to my right shoulder I was pretty out of shape. I wasn't happy about how I looked or felt. I needed a formal workout plan to get me back into shape and to lose the weight and inches that had piled up after all my surgeries. I started out with Slim in Six in September 2007 and loved it. I flet that I needed to mix up my workouts a little more so for Christmas my daughter and son-in-law gave me P90 Fat Burn Express and Scult 1-2, 3-4 and Cardio 1-2, 3-4. I loved that one as well. Now workouts have become a major part of my life. My shoulder is back to 100%. My knees will probably have to be replaced someday but as long as I workout I will be able to avoid that for many years. My five kids, their spouses and some of my grandkids are all doing P90X so I guess you could call it a family affair. They have all been very supportive to me and keep me accountable in my nutrition and workouts. I want to lose about five more pounds and reach a true size 6 and stay that way into my old age.
