Waiting on Insanity to arrive... in the meantime, spinning, and I can tell you that my house is 25 walking lunges long! Now working as a personal trainer after much study, but finding it hard to make time for myself to workout. Looking forward to checking out what Shaun T has to offer. Body fat too high, fighting some health issues but refuse to let them keep me down.
