I train in Tang Soo Do and have been for 4 years. I interval train 2x/wk, do
pilates and yoga, and kickbox on occasion as well as cycle 2x/wk. I've been at
plateau for a eight months and needed to increase my workouts/intensity so I
just started P90X.
