My name is Heidi, I live in Meyersdale, PA. When my son was 1 year old, I weighed in at 235 lbs!!! Now he is almost 14 and I have managed to get down to 160 with MANY years of endless yo-yo dieting and no "healthy feeling". I can't wait to get going with TurboJam and get healthier and tone my muscles and try to lose some more of the fat that just keeps hanging on!!!
