I have always been passionate about fitness, but over the last couple years I'd gotten so burned out & BORED going to the gym and lifting weights. My workouts had gotten random and lifeless. Since I joined Team Beachbody back in April 2007, this truly has changed my life - I have never felt as fit and high on life as I do now -I can confidently say that I love how I feel and just by Pushing Play 6 days a week, and by keeping a food journal and taking my supplements, I am in the best physical and mental shape I've ever been in. I'm currently doing my 3rd round of P90x, combined with additional Cardio(need to post my most recent After pics). Also I owe this success to the support and daily motivation I get from the many Beachbody Message Boards and the posts from the Beachbody Community - this support helps keep me in the right Mind Set and keeps me on Track.
