Hi there! My name is Heather, I am 23. I have been overweight for my entire
life. For the past 6 years I have been on and off Weight Watchers, having had
some success the first time around. For whatever reason, I could never make
all of my healthy changes stick and eventually I would always get bored with
the exercise I was doing or let one bad day lead me into a downward spiral.

About a year ago, I had reached an all time high of 294 lbs. It was incredibly
scary and I was starting to have problems with my blood pressure--- at 22
years old. Although it was partially stress related, the extra baggage on my
body didn't help matters. Earlier this year I had gotten down to 276 and was
feeling good about it, but then I became inactive again, moved away from
home for the first time and have been coping with mild depression and
anxiety and my weight increased up to almost my all time high again. About
3 weeks ago, I started to exercise again, even just 30 minutes a few times a
week was improving my mood. As an added bonus, I have lost 5 lbs, but
definitely know that I could produce better results if I step up my game. So
here I am, ready to bring it!

Check back in with me soon to see my progress!
