My highest weight was 285(the pic is me at 265 on new years day '04). I was tall, but BIG all over. I started losing weight in 2002, but got pregnant with my final child in 2003. After that, with diet and exercise and a trainer at the gym, I lost 85 pounds. But the last weight and real physical changes came when I began using Turbo Jam in 2006! My body started shrinking! I lost the rest of my weight over the course of a year and a half, with inches disappearing all over me. I purchased Power90X, and other BeachBody products, as well as the Meal Replacement Shake (chocolate ROCKS). I am excited about ChaLEAN Extreme coming out this summer! Something new to sink my teeth into!As a fitness professional now, I continue to use these formats and take their essence to my classes. I am a work in progress, but my ultimate goals are on the horizon. I hope I can be an encouragement to you in your journey! Together, we can have a fit future! Press Play!
