After my daughter was born, I lost most of the weight. When I turned 35, I went back to school for my nursing degree. My son was born when I turned 41 and I realized then that I could no longer shed the pounds I packed on. I am now between 136 to 140 bls, 5ft 2in tall. I lost my husband 5 years ago and I found peace working in the yard in the summer. The winter I did not exercise much so the pounds that I shed made it way back to my belly, thighs and arms. My goal is to get back to size 6.
